Reinstate Cancelled Reservations

Reservations may be reinstated until the departure date.

EXAMPLE: Reservation Arriving 2/15 & Departing 2/17 was cancelled on 2/1. The reservation would be available to reinstate until 2/16.

Groups are not available to reinstate; however you may reinstate any cancelled pickups associated.

1. Open the Cancelled reservation you wish to reinstate

2. In the ribbon bar of the reservation, there will be a reinstate button

   

3. Click the reinstate button to reinstate the reservation
